MOLLY TAN has been in the training and development industry for more than 8 years. She has trained and provided services to a wide-ranging corporate clientele from manufacturing, engineering, retail and hospitality industries.
She holds a Bachelor of Social Science & Humanities degree with a Psychology major from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and a Diploma in Human Resources from University of Malaya.
Prior to her present venture, she was in the Human Resources where she handled the whole range of HR spectrum includes Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit and Training & Development.
Molly is a certified trainer under the Train The Trainer certification by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB).
She is a Certified Coach and Facilitator with Identi3®, an established, robust and award winning psychometric profiling tool for Recruitment, Training, Leadership and Team-building.
She is also a Certified Trainer in the LIFO (Life Orientations)® Method from The Schutz Company, USA - BCon, Japan. The LIFO® Training focuses on Strengths – on what’s right about leaders, teams, and individuals.
