Linh has been working as independent Coach / Trainer since 2016. She worked with leading consulting firms and organizations (McKinsey and Company, Chemonics International, The World Bank), Linh has worked extensively with many clients being MNCs, SOEs and SMEs, across a broad and varied range of industries (finance and banking and insurance, IT, manufacturing) over the last 15 years. When Linh left her full-time job with McKinsey and Company in 2013 to pursue coaching and facilitation, she was a pioneer Vietnamese coach from Vietnam. With this background Linh brings diverse professional and personal experiences to any individual or organization with whom she is privileged to serve.
