JACLYN CHONG has been in the training and development industry for 20 years. She has trained and provided services to a large base of clientele from the wide-ranging corporate, financial & insurance, manufacturing and hospitality industries.
Her specialty training topics are in the areas of LIFO® Method, Innovative Thinking, Supervisory Skills, Leadership; and Team-building.
Prior to joining GlobalTNA, Jaclyn was in the Corporate Communication sector where she handled PR and communications consulting work.
Jaclyn is certified in LIFO® Method from The Schutz Company, USA - BCon, Japan. LIFO® is short for Life Orientations® and focuses on Strengths – on what’s right about leaders, teams, and individuals.
She is a Certified Trainer in the Innovative Thinking System® workshop from BCon Japan, an internationally recognized powerful program for improving company performance based on the concept of Innovation = Creativity + Implementation.
She is also a Certified Coach and Facilitator in Identi3®, an award winning psychometric profiling tool with a wide application from candidate assessment, team building, leadership, strategic consulting to coaching.
Jaclyn is a certified trainer in Accountability Circles (ACT) from USA. Accountability Circles creates a high-trust, problem-solving climate and promotes the flow of valuable and timely information, enhance collaboration among individuals and teams and speed up problem solving.
