How Yen Ling received her Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) with Finance as her major studies.
She has trained and provided consulting services to a large base of clientele from the wide-ranging corporate, financial & insurance, manufacturing and hospitality industries.
Her specialty training topics are in the areas of Customer Service; Communication; and Team-building.
Some of the organisations she has served include Infineon Technologies, B. Braun Medical Industries Sdn Bhd, Shell Shared Services, Harta Packaging, Commerce Assurance Berhad, and many more.
She has also attended the Train The Trainer Certification program by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB).
