XIANGNEE TAN received her Bachelor Sciences Biology Degree from University of Putra (PUTRA). Prior to her present venture as Business Development, she was dealing and servicing corporate clients from the wide-ranging corporate, Manufacturing, SME, GLC, Healthcare and Hospitality Industries more than 15 years in market. Some of the organizations she has served include Honda, Perodua, Hershey, Dyson, Celestica, Flextronics, Panasonic, MMHE, OneSubsea, Southern Lion, SKP, Kimberly-Clark, Siegwerk, WD Media, Iskandar Authority, Renaissance, Hotel Jen, Columbia Asia, Pantai Hospital and many more.
During her interaction with clients, she persists with a task given until it is completed. Determination, commitment and perseverance are her strengths; hence she can be depended upon to meet work obligations. Being orderly, methodical and systematic, she spends considerable time planning ahead and organizing activities. She is prepared to put in hard work moderately and at times find other ways of achieving the task. She is highly dependable to deliver results on time.
She is a Certified Facilitator in the LIFO® Method. LIFO® is short for Life Orientations®. LIFO® Training focuses on Strengths – on what’s right about leaders, teams, and individuals. By applying LIFO® in conflict situations, she is willing to study all the issues carefully to ensure that a solution that is acceptable to everyone can be found. She is flexible and willing to compromise in order to resolve conflict, as long as the other side is reasonable and the bargain makes sense. She like to present her arguments calmly and logically, with warmth and respect for the other person's perspective. She is willing to persist in working together to iron out many details in order to achieve a harmonious outcome.
Besides being fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay), she is also conversant in Chinese/Mandarin, which allows her to truly interact and connect with her audiences.
