TANIA WONG received her Bachelor of Arts, Business Studies in Entrepreneurship from University of East London, UK. She has trained companies from the wide-ranging corporate, financial & insurance, manufacturing and hospitality industries.
Her specialty training topics are in the areas of Customer Service; Communication and Team-building.
Some of the organisations she has served includes Hong Leong Bank, TGV, Gold Coin, GD Express, WD Media and many more.
Prior to her present venture, she was in Human Resources where she handled the whole range of HR includes Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit and Training & Development.
Tania is certified in LIFO (Life Orientations)® Method from The Schutz Company, USA - BCon, Japan. LIFO® focuses on Strengths – on what’s right about leaders, teams, and individuals.
She has also attended the Train The Trainer Certification program by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) and the Trainer Certification by Malaysian Youth Movement (YMM), an NGO organization through the planning and leadership, cohesion overall strength of youth to inspire young people to fight, to explore the talents and wisdom of youth, provide youth counseling, training, growth, re-education, promoting youth wake up in a consistent pace Jue Xing and social development and reform of social reeducation ship launch. In her efforts to give back to the society, she also shared her experience in the areas of learning and development with YMM’s adult learning students.
