Robin McNatt recently relocated to Sebastopol, CA (Sonoma County) with 20+ years of hands-on experience in human resources and organizational development within corporate roles and her own private consulting practice. She specializes in providing career coaching, training, and executive leadership development and has a track record of transforming individuals and teams.
Drawing on collaborative relationship building and a passion for achieving extraordinary results, Robin’s highly customized and engaging approach to coaching ensures each participant has an actionable plan to meet their career goals. Even during difficult transitions, Robin strives to make learning, growth, and change a positive experience for all.
Prior to moving to Northern CA, Robin held multiple leadership, HR, and employee development roles across the higher education, food and beverage, and construction/real estate sectors, including serving as Chief People Officer at Restaurants on the Run that was acquired by Grubhub. Most recently, Robin was the West Coast Regional Director for WOMEN Unlimited, a nationally acclaimed leadership development program for women.
Robin received her master’s degree in human resources and a bachelor’s degree in communication from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In addition, she holds multiple training certifications, including:

Robin has been a keynote speaker and presenter at various industry conferences and events on organizational change, communication, and other HR topics. She has served as a co-leader of the National Human Resources Association and the American Society of Training & Development’s Organizational Development Special Interest Group. She is also the founder of StyleLaughter, an improvisation acting troupe that performs shows to raise money for non-profit organizations in California. She is the President-elect of Soroptimist International’s West County chapter.
