Obtained a Master law degree of Erasmus University Rotterdam, but started in early stage of my career in HR management. I have worked for a large dutch construction company, a large privately owned facility management company and retail company and European Contact center as HR group director. Started and later on sold a consultancy company in HR financials( in labor conditions, social security and pensions) and started again with HR Innovations Group which is focusing on identifying, further development and implementing of innovative HR tools and systems. The common thread remained my interest in coaching board members en employees.
