Mark has used LIFO® for over 17 years in his sales consultancy business and now as the sole Joint Partner for LIFO® in the UK alongside Bruce Rowling since 2022, he is onboarding new practitioners via the accreditation process as well as keeping existing Practitioners up to date both in face-to-face workshops and online.
He is a Master Practitioner and Coach for LIFO® and has a deep understanding of the LIFO® Method, its origins and its role in creating self-awareness for people to be the best version of themselves they can be. He has trained hundreds of sales managers to develop their skills in adaptive selling through discovering their own profile, managing their behavioural preferences to be the best version of themselves and then adapting their style of selling to that of the customer after assessing their behavioural preferences.
