I'm passionate about seeing people increase the well-being in their own lives. We spend a lot of time at work throughout our lives, and I firmly believe that if you like your work, your workplace, and being around the people you work with, you will be better equipped to live a life that you actually enjoy.
My masters thesis examined how a leader's use of coaching as a leadership tool impacted their employees well-being at work. While the results weren't conclusive (as we're dealing with real life people here), there was a clear pattern where the employees who perceived their boss as supportive, interested, and with a genuine care for the empolyee as a person, were the ones who reported the highest degree of well-being in the work-place. I have several years of experience in different leadership roles, and my experience as a leader is that when I've had someone coaching and supporting me I've been able to both grow more as a leader, and coach and support the people I've led better.
I want to help you (and your employees) understand your employees, and their needs and patterns of communication better, and thus being able to function and perform better as a team. I want to help you understand how you can lead your employees better, and I'll gladly walk along side you in your process of getting there.
