Lisbeth has 14 years of experience in facilitation, coaching, teaching and consulting within leadership development and change processes. In facilitating, teaching and change processes she is committed to having a high level of involvement among participants. This ensures that theory and tools are reflected on a personal level, and gives everyone insight into how they can practically test-and apply new knowledge when they return to everyday life.
Lisbeth holds a Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from Oxford University / HEC Paris, certifications in both one to one coaching - and team coaching. In addition she holds a number of certifications in different tools and tests.
Lisbeth is originally from Copenhagen, but has lived in Oslo/Norway for almost 30 years.
