Laila Safouh lives in Egypt and works in both Egypt and the Gulf area. She has over 13 years of experience in the business, training and coaching fields, collectively.
Laila holds an MBA from AUC (American University in Cairo), with a specialization in Marketing, as well as a BA from AUC, with a double-specialization in Marketing and Information Systems. She graduated third on her class with a Highest Honors medal.
Her previous corporate career has given her a solid, practical experience in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Revenue Generation and HR, where she took on various roles.
Her passion for people development led her to make a career shift to the training and development field, leading up to the most recent role of “Learning Design and Development Senior Manager“, at IMPACT for Training and Development.
Believing in human potential and passionate to continue her people development journey, Laila pursued a number of international certifications relating to the fields of training, coaching, self-actualization, and performance excellence. She is an Internationally Certified Neuro-Semantics Trainer and Meta-Coach, accredited by the ISNS (International Society of Neuro-Semantics®) and the MCF (Meta-Coach Foundation®). She is also a certified NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner, accredited by ISNS. Her studies in Neuro-Semantics have equipped her with extensive experience in the areas of human behavior, motivation and performance enhancement. She has designed and delivered training and development programs for a number of multinational and local corporations. Her training and coaching experience includes, but is not limited to, the areas of Self-Leadership, People Management and Leadership, Behavioral Change, Time-Management, Goal Planning and Achievement, Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Presentation Skills and many more.
Laila is fully dedicated to the design and delivery of training programs and coaching sessions. She is currently a Corporate Free-Lance Trainer & Self-Leadership Trainer and Coach in Egypt and the Gulf, and owns her own portfolio of training programs, for both corporate and personal development needs.
