Kristoffer V. Grude received his Master of Science in Business from the Norwegian School of Management. He has been the founder and developer of several enterprises over the years. He is a former director of Cap Gemini Norway, and former Managing partner and European MCS board member of C&L (now PWC) Consulting.
Apart from being top executive of an international consultancy, he has himself been project manager and consultant in major change projects in the private and public sector.
Kris, an author of several books, is one of the originators of the method and authors of the book Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM), published in 9 languages, an effective method implemented world wide as a standard within public and private enterprises. The book is used in college and universities curriculums for 35 years.
Kris has his own consulting practice. He is a favored lecturer and trainer within management and leadership. Especially related to business development and project management where LIFO is used as a leadership tool.
