I am a managing director of a market leader in the hearing loss industry, a business/management consultant, corporate trainer and SME expert, a LIFO® Certified Practitioner, HRDM and MBA student in Edinburgh Business School – Heriott Watt University (in progress).

MY JOURNEY BRIEF:
- Having a diversified yet profound and efficient 25+ years of experience in the field of executive/business management, HR & management consultancy, marketing, business development, customer experience, process design, coaching, training programs designing and delivery, skills assessment, and academic teaching.
- Managed to train, teach, and coach thousands of learners of different age groups and of diversified backgrounds and interests providing 10000+ training hours and 1000+ coaching hours in life, career, and business scope.
- Provided learning and development consultancy to corporations and individuals where recommended, designed, and delivered training programs and solutions to my clients to fill in the gaps in their working environments and support in building capabilities. These solutions were also coupled with other services such as pre and post-assessments, training needs assessments (TNA), reports, and post-consultancy.
- Designed plenty of training packages (interpersonal skills/ management/business/technical/language) including a set of comprehensive tools and materials and I also supervised teams that performed the same mission.
- Leading 14+ years of experience in managing SMEs where my areas of strength lie in setting and achieving company strategies and objectives, boosting sales performance, establishing strategic global partnerships, business development, customer satisfaction and engagement, company branding, operation management, managing people performance, quality-based management, process improvement.
- Managed to lead teams that ranged from 100+ team members efficiently over 20 years. In addition to my technical background, I have excellent exposure to the business side of work elevated through both my working experiences and academic studies. In addition, I successfully managed 100+ projects throughout my career journey.
- My profile includes around 6 years of HR management experience, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and internal communication. -
- Building on this role, I succeeded in providing HR services & management/ business consultancy to a number of SMEs supporting them to achieve desired organization performance, enhance their productivity, build their teams’ capabilities, and maintain their employees ‘satisfaction. Other consultancy services including marketing, customer care, process improvement, and strategic foundations were also provided.
