Emil J. Sadloch focuses on leadership development, training/learning, talent development, 360 surveys, and leadership coaching. Emil is a Certified Facilitator for The Leadership Challenge workshop and a Certified Coach in the Leadership Practices Inventory. He provides 360° feedback and one-on-one coaching for leadership development. In workshops, he often uses the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory and LIFO Surveys.
He is an instructor and course designer for Rutgers University and Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. Emil is the co-author of the Gestalt Coaching Assessment (2015), an assessment that helps internal leaders and external coaches learn and use Gestalt concepts and behaviors in their coaching sessions.
Emil earlier served as Master Training Consultant for "Achieve Global/Zenger Miller". He was Vice President, Human Resources for Thomas Cook Financial Services. He is past facilitator for the Tri-State Human Relations Coalition, a Philadelphia-area group working to end discrimination and support civil rights.
