During his tenure in the corporate sector he has assumed key management roles in areas covering the production and service operations in the fields of banking & finance, insurance & manufacturing. Under the human resource consultancy and learning & development space alone, he has supported a clientele comprising more than 36,000 local and multinational across the region of ASEAN especially in the fields of learning & development as well as in the areas of talent management, including succession planning and culture building.
He is a licensed facilitator for Development Dimensions International (DDI) USA, a Supervisory and Managerial development programme used by more than 400 of the Fortune 500 Companies across the world. He is also an MWS’s (Miniworkshop Series)’ Certified and Licensed trainer and also a Licensed and Certified Franklin Covey’s facilitator for the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Signature Programme in Malaysia.
A Certified NLP Practitioner, he uses NLP approaches and techniques in his programme design and delivery taking into consideration of the audience needs and requirements. EC is certified Bio-metric Personality Assessor using the Selby & Mills’ Personality Assessment programme in the Use and Interpretation for Behavioural Competency Selection and Interviewing for key positions.
EC is a Certified Coaching and Mentoring Professional from the International Federation of Coaching (ICF) and is also a Certified Coach and Trainer in the LIFO® Method from The Schutz Company, USA - BCon, Japan. He is also a Certified Contact Centre Coach from University of Kentucky USA, an internationally recognized certification programme that provide leadership and best practices reference as Centre of Excellence in Contact Centre management across the world of Contact Centres.
He is also a Certified Trainer in Innovative Thinking System™ from BCon Japan, an internationally recognised powerful programme on product and process innovation for improving company performance based on the concept of Innovation = Creativity + Implementation.
