Bruce Rowling is a professional facilitator, trainer & coach based in the South of England and has been running his own worldwide training, coaching and facilitation consultancy since 1997.
After graduating, he practised as a Chartered Surveyor and has extensive experience in Sales, General Management, Training and Talent Development.
Service with the Royal Navy provided valuable experience in leadership, human resource management, team building and problem solving.
He has been a member of the International Association of Facilitators and is the UK Partner and Visiting Associate in Facilitation & Graphics for ImPer Group in Moscow.
Bruce is Global Training Director for PinPoint Facilitation and uses the process extensively in his own practice including work with the LIFO model and coaching.
He has exhibited and spoken at professional and trade fairs and conferences in Europe, the Far East and North America, most recently in St Petersburg, Moscow and Chisinau, Moldova.
Bruce has provided illustrations for a book on change management and recently wrote a fully revised manual and workbook for the Pinpoint Technique.
