  1. What we think, or our cognitive system: this includes our thoughts, beliefs and attitudes as motives of our emotions and behaviors. Also includes our knowledge.
  2. What we feel, and why or our emotional system: this includes our emotional triggers, preferences, feelings, moods, and values that affect our choices.
  3. How we act and behave: this includes our awareness of our behaviors and their alignment to our cognitive and emotional systems, how our behaviors vary from a situation to another according to our position and perception of the situation.
