The Future of Work

As we draw experiences from the inclinations and practices of our most current age entering the labor force, their qualities, and abilities, we need to likewise see how "work" itself is changing and advancing.

The new real factors created by these powers of progress present us with complex inquiries to consider, including the morals around human-machine joint effort, how to get ready for 50–60-year vocations, and how we release associations through a continuum of ability sources.

The future of work requires the return of a leading character with many talents, interests, and fields of expertise. This requires a combination of four core professional competencies:

  • Digital tools and technology skills
  • Data Analysis
  • Business management skills
  • Design and creative skills

Gen Z or IGens compose the youngest in the workforce, with some of them already entering workplaces, while others are getting ready to soon set their foot into corporates and businesses. It is therefore important to work on leveraging their skills, and bridging the skills gap to suit the workplaces, which brings us back to Youth Skills Day!
